Unique Sunroom Addition

This unique Sunroom Addition was a custom solution incorporating an octagonal shape and integrated hot tub / deck.

Deck framed to match shape of sunroom. Includes area where hot-tub is recessed in deck surface. Lattice panels underneath were added for concealed storage areas. A new custom gate was built in the entrance way on the side of the house.

Sunroom Interior

Ceramic tile floor. Skylights and sliding glass doors brighten the sunroom addition. The bead-board ceiling and cedar sided interior walls create a rustic yet contemporary feel.
